IT ALLOWS ME TO CAPTURE A VIDEO TESTIMONIAL AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THAT I THEN GET THEM TO SHARE ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA, THIS GETS ME IN FRONT OF THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. USING THE SENSEI TESTIMONIAL APP MAKES MY CUSTOMERS FEEL GREAT ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE WHEN THEY GET IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA!

I LOVED THE TRAINING THAT CAME ALONG WITH THE SERVICE. THE TRAINER CAME TO THE STORE AND SHOWED US A VERY SIMPLE WAY OF MAKING CUSTOMERS FEEL COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. I INTERVIEW THEM TO SHARE WHAT THEY LIKE BEST ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE!

I WOULD LOVE TO SEE HOW MANY OF MY CUSTOMERS ARE SHARING THE TESTIMONIALS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. SHARING METRICS, LIKE SEEING HOW MANY TIMES OUR VIDEOS WERE VIEWED, EVEN GIVING THE CUSTOMERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LIKE OUR VIDEOS. OTHER THAN THAT, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

The dashboard is amazing – it gives us a clear, real-time view of our reputation metrics. The whole dealership team has embraced the platform, and it has become an essential part of our daily operations. The support team is also fantastic and always on hand to help.

Cons

Nothing significant to improve – the product delivers on its promises. If anything, we'd love to see even more reporting features added over time, but what's already there is excellent.

I work with BCAG Auto Group and Chris was at our stores to train us about how to make testimonials with our team and customers. This is the first time someone came up with this idea of making testimonials which is very interesting. Chris made the training seem really easy and it was informative for all of us. The training was for 2 days at each of our store and was very thorough. Chris and his team is very helpful and responsive. We are already starting to get a positive response from making these testimonials and look forward to earning more customers. :)
