Yes. All professionals placed through Propel People work full-time and exclusively with your organization, fully integrated into your internal team and workflows.

For staff augmentation, clients pay a monthly flat rate based on the role and seniority level. For recruiting-only engagements, we charge a one-time placement fee. Our model typically allows clients to save 40–50% compared to equivalent U.S.-based hires.

Propel People manages payroll coordination, local compliance support, onboarding, and ongoing HR management. This allows clients to focus on performance and outcomes without navigating international employment complexity.

We run frequent performance reviews to proactively identify and address any issues early. If at any point the fit still isn’t right, simply let us know and we’ll replace the hire at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure long-term fit and build strong, stable teams.
